This is an awesome gynecology point. It's located on the F Line on the proximal segment of the thumb. Fu Ke is actually two points in a Dao Ma combination.
To locate these points:
Find the F Line on the proximal phalangeal segment of the thumb.
Divide this phalangeal segment into thirds, using the joint line of the metacarpal/phalangeal joint and the distal phalangeal joint as your end points, sort of like you are drawing a tic tac toe board here.
Locate both needles on the intersection of the F line and 1/3 and 2/3 marks.
