San Shi is also called Three Scholars. This is a three point set (tian shi, di shi, and ren shi) on the Lung channel. The points are 3 cun distant from each other and are measured from the transverse crease of the wrist - so basically Lung 9.

Great points for asthma, eczema (because this is also part of the Lung system in Chinese medicine), palpitations, and tachycardia.

To find these points:

  • Tian Shi (33.15) - on the Lung Channel along the radius 10 cun proximal to the transverse crease of the wrist..

  • Di Shi (33.14) - on the Lung Channel along the radius 7 cun proximal to the transverse crease of the wrist.

  • Ren Shi (33.13) - on the Lung Channel along the radius 4 cun proximal to the transverse crease of the wrist.
