Wai San Guan, also called Outer Three Gates, is a 3-point unit on the Gallbladder channel
on a line drawn between the head of the fibula and the high point of the lateral malleolus.
Locate them like this:
1st point Located on the 1/2 way point between the head of the fibula and the hiatus of the lateral malleolus
2nd point 1/2 way between 1st point and the head of the fibula
3rd point 1/2 way between the 1st point and the high point of the lateral malleolus
